A stage is the one thing in the room every photograph includes, so it gets measured, not estimated. We ask for the venue’s stage dimensions and ceiling height before quoting, because a backdrop built for a 16-foot wall looks wrong on a 12-foot one.

For society festival stages we also handle the entrance, the pathway and the seating area as one setup — it is cheaper than quoting them separately and it looks like one design rather than four.
Entrance arches and pathway décor
Fresh flower arches, torans and welcome décor for weddings, house functions, housewarmings and openings.
The entrance sets the register for everything after it, and it is the cheapest part of a function to get right.
We build arches in fresh marigold, rose, orchid and seasonal flowers, with fabric or greenery where a full flower arch is not the look you want. For apartment doorways we work with torans and door-frame décor instead — an arch in a 7-foot lobby doorway looks cramped, whatever it cost.
Pathway décor — petal paths, standing arrangements, lanterns and welcome boards — is quoted alongside the arch, usually as one line rather than three.
Home function and pooja décor
Satyanarayan pooja, housewarming, annaprashan and festival setups in flats and bungalows — fresh flowers, torans and platform décor.
Home functions have a fixed muhurat and a small window before it. We arrive early enough that the setup is finished and cleared of packaging before the priest does.

Tell us the ceremony and we will bring what it needs. Most families do not want to explain a satyanarayan setup to a decorator, and they should not have to.

Corporate stage work is a print job as much as a floral one. Send us the logo files and the stage dimensions and we handle the panel printing, the frame and the flowers as one quote.

Fresh flowers, lead times and what happens if a bloom runs out
Do you use fresh flowers or artificial ones?
Fungga uses fresh flowers for mandaps, stage work, poojas and house functions, sourced the morning of the event. Artificial flowers are used only where a setup has to survive several days or direct sun, and we always tell you which you are getting before you book.
How much notice do you need for a stage or mandap?
Fungga needs at least two weeks for a mandap or full stage, and one week for a house function or pooja setup. Fresh flower quantities are ordered against your date, so a later change of scale may change the price.
What if a flower is not available on the day?
If a specific bloom is unavailable at the market that morning, Fungga substitutes a flower of equal value in the same colour and tells you before the setup begins. Flower availability in Pune varies with the season and the weather, and no florist can guarantee a specific variety weeks ahead.
Will you coordinate with our venue or caterer?
Yes — give Fungga the venue contact and we will agree the setup window, power and access directly with them. For larger functions we keep a team member on site through the event to handle anything that needs adjusting.
