Where Mona's Creativity delivers, when it arrives, what it costs, and what happens if a flower is unavailable.

Same-day delivery areas
Order before 2:00 PM and we deliver the same day in Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, Wakad, Pimple Saudagar, Baner–Pashan Link Road. Orders placed after the cut-off go out in the next available slot, usually the following morning.
Next-slot delivery areas
We deliver to Hinjawadi, Kothrud, Shivajinagar, Ravet, Chinchwad, Nigdi, Thergaon and the rest of Pune and PCMC, scheduled rather than same-day. Tell us the date you need it and we will confirm the slot on WhatsApp before you pay.
Delivery charges
- Free within Baner, Balewadi and Aundh on orders above ₹999
- ₹60 to ₹150 elsewhere in Pune and PCMC, depending on distance
- Addresses outside Pune and PCMC are quoted individually
The exact charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment, never added afterwards.
Choosing a delivery time
You can request a two-hour window and we will tell you whether it is possible for that area on that day. We cannot promise an exact minute — Pune traffic and building access vary too much — so for a surprise, give us a window rather than a moment.
If nobody is available
The rider calls the recipient, then the person who placed the order. If neither answers, the bouquet is left with building security or a neighbour you nominate, and we send you a photograph of where it was left. A second delivery attempt to the same address is charged again.
Flower substitution
Flower markets in Pune change every morning with the season, the weather and demand. If a specific bloom is unavailable we substitute one of equal or higher value in the same colour family, and send you a photograph of the finished bouquet before it leaves us. Saying this upfront is not a disclaimer — it is how every florist works, and it is easier to agree now than to argue later.
If the substitution is not acceptable to you, tell us when you see the photograph and we will remake it or refund you.
Freshness
Bouquets are made on the day of delivery, not held in stock. Cut flowers last four to seven days depending on the variety and how warm the room is — recut the stems, change the water daily and keep them out of direct sun.
Décor setups, not bouquets
Event and décor work is not a delivery — we come and build it. Setup windows, travel charges beyond 20 km from Baner, and access requirements are covered on the event décor page and in our terms.

Which areas do you deliver bouquets to?
Mona’s Creativity delivers across Pune and PCMC, including Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, Wakad, Hinjawadi, Pimple Saudagar, Kothrud, Shivajinagar, Ravet, Chinchwad, Nigdi and Thergaon. Addresses outside these areas are quoted individually on WhatsApp.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can request a two-hour delivery window and Mona’s Creativity will confirm whether it is possible for your area that day. Exact-minute delivery cannot be guaranteed because Pune traffic and building access vary, so surprise deliveries are best given a window rather than a moment.
What if nobody is home when you deliver?
The delivery rider calls the recipient, and if there is no answer, calls the person who placed the order. If nobody can take the bouquet, it is left with building security or the neighbour you nominate, and we send you a photograph of where it was left.
