- About substitutions
- Flower markets change daily. If a bloom is unavailable we substitute one of equal or higher value in the same colour, and send you a photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves.

Ordering, delivery and what arrives
Can I get a bouquet delivered the same day?
Yes — order before 2:00 PM and Mona’s Creativity delivers the same day across Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, Wakad and Pimple Saudagar. Orders after the cut-off, and deliveries to Kothrud, Chinchwad, Nigdi, Ravet and Thergaon, are scheduled for the next available slot.
What happens if a flower is out of stock?
Mona’s Creativity substitutes any unavailable bloom with one of equal or higher value in the same colour family, and sends you a photograph of the finished bouquet before it leaves. Flower markets in Pune change daily, so substitution is routine for every florist — we would rather say so upfront than surprise you.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free within Baner, Balewadi and Aundh on orders above ₹999. Other areas in Pune and PCMC carry a delivery charge between ₹60 and ₹150 depending on distance, which is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can you make a bouquet from a photo I send?
Yes — send the photograph on WhatsApp and Mona’s Creativity will tell you what it costs and what can be matched with flowers available that day. Most of our custom orders are placed and confirmed in under five minutes.
Can you include a message card?
Every Mona’s Creativity bouquet can carry a handwritten message card at no extra cost. Send the wording with your order and we will photograph the card alongside the bouquet before delivery.
