How a Fungga booking works
No account, no app, no booking system. Four steps and a WhatsApp conversation.
You send us the occasion, the date and the area. We come back with what we would build in that space, what it costs, and what we would change — usually the same day, on WhatsApp, with photographs of comparable setups we have done.
A date is held against half the quoted amount, with the balance due on setup day. The full inclusion list is confirmed in writing before anything is held, so there is a record of exactly what was agreed. Nothing is added to the price afterwards.
On the day we arrive inside the agreed window, build on site, and clear our packaging before we leave. Cleanup and takedown are included — we come back for them.
We are an event organising studio, not a booking desk. The people who quote your event are the people who set it up, which is why we take on a limited number of full-planning events in a month.

Where we set up
Fungga works across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan and Wakad are our home ground — we are there most weekends and can usually hold a date at short notice.
We decorate homes, societies, banquet halls, offices and shops in Baner , Balewadi , Aundh , Pashan , Wakad , Hinjawadi , Pimple Saudagar , Baner–Pashan Link Road , Kothrud , Shivajinagar , Ravet , Chinchwad , Nigdi and Thergaon , and elsewhere in Pune and PCMC on request.
Setups more than 20 km from Baner carry a travel charge, quoted upfront with the rest of the price — never added afterwards. Bouquet delivery areas and the same-day cut-off are listed on our delivery page.
Booking, setup and the things people ask before they commit
How long does a balloon setup take?
A home balloon setup takes Fungga two to four hours on site, and a venue or stage setup takes four to eight hours depending on size. The team arrives with enough margin to finish before your guests do, and confirms the arrival window the day before.
What access do you need at the venue?
Fungga needs access to the space at least three hours before your event, a power point within reach of the setup area, and lift or stair clearance for props. Societies that require a gate pass or a written intimation should arrange it in advance — tell us and we will send whatever the committee asks for.
How long do the balloons last?
Air-filled balloon décor holds its shape for three to five days indoors, and helium balloons stay up for eight to twelve hours. Outdoor setups in direct Pune sun last noticeably less, which is why we build outdoor work with air-filled balloons and heavier fittings.
How much do I pay in advance?
Fungga holds a date against 50% of the quoted amount, with the balance due on setup day. The advance is confirmed on WhatsApp along with the full inclusion list, so there is a written record of exactly what was agreed.
Do you charge extra to travel outside Pune?
Setups within Pune and PCMC carry no travel charge. Locations more than 20 km from Baner are quoted with the travel cost shown separately in the same message, never added afterwards.
Can you recreate a theme I found online?
Yes — send Fungga the photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it would cost to build in your space and what we would change to make it work. Most of our themed setups start as somebody’s screenshot.
