Fungga builds in the space rather than delivering a kit. Every setup is measured against your actual wall, ceiling height and lift access before anything is inflated — which is why our arches sit flush to the wall and our ceilings do not sag by hour three.

We have been decorating out of Baner since 2021, and most of our balloon work is within ten kilometres of it: flats along Baner Road and the Baner–Pashan Link Road, societies in Balewadi and Pashan, banquet halls in Aundh and Wakad, and offices in Hinjawadi.

What a balloon decoration setup includes

• A balloon wall, arch or ceiling installation in your colours
• Foil accents — numbers, names, characters or a theme cutout
• Cake table and prop styling
• Entrance or doorway décor where the space allows it
• Setup on the day and cleanup the same evening

Air or helium, and why it matters

Air-filled décor holds its shape for three to five days indoors. Helium balloons stay up eight to twelve hours and then start to descend. So we use helium where it earns its place — floating clusters, ceiling fills for an evening event — and build the structural work with air. The setup you photograph at eight in the evening still looks right the next morning.

For anything outdoors, in a courtyard or on a terrace, we build with air-filled balloons and weighted fittings only. A helium arch that looked good at seven in the morning is on the ground by noon in Pune sun, and we would rather explain that before you book than apologise after.

Themes we build regularly

Unicorn, jungle safari, space, dinosaur, superhero, mermaid, construction, cars, princess, retro, neon, and the ones parents invent themselves. For a first birthday we usually suggest a backdrop plus a styled cake table rather than filling the whole room — it photographs better and costs less than covering every wall.

For adults, milestone birthdays and anniversaries work differently: fewer props, more lighting, and a photo display wall if you have the pictures.

Working in Pune flats and societies

Most of our balloon work happens in apartments, which means service lift timings, society gate passes and a fixed two-hour window before guests arrive. We plan around those rather than discovering them on the day. If your committee needs written intimation before a vendor enters, tell us and we will send whatever they ask for.
