About this service
A committee or an admin team needs different things from a parent booking a birthday: a quote they can circulate for approval, a fixed setup window that does not cost a working day, and one number to call on the day.
Fungga works out of Baner and does most of its corporate work in the offices of Hinjawadi, Balewadi, Baner and Kharadi, and its society work across PCMC.

Corporate events we decorate
Annual days and award nights — stage backdrop built to the venue’s dimensions, entrance décor, table and seating styling, and a photo wall.
Product launches — branded backdrop, podium arrangement, entrance and pathway décor, and a staged area for press photographs.
Office festivals — Diwali lobby and reception décor, Ganeshotsav setups, Holi, and New Year. These are usually recurring, and we can hold the dates.
Team celebrations — cabin and desk setups for birthdays, farewells and promotions, built early so the team walks in to it.
Society functions
Ganeshotsav stages, Diwali entrance décor and rangoli, Holi setups, Republic Day and Independence Day arrangements, annual sports days and bhondla. For a society function we quote the stage, the entrance and the seating area as one setup — it costs less than three separate quotes and it looks like one design rather than four.
What we need before quoting
Stage or backdrop dimensions, ceiling height, the access window, whether there is a power point near the setup area, and the logo files if there is branding. Give us those and the quote comes back the same day.
What we do not do
Fungga does not cater, photograph or supply sound and lighting rigs. On larger bookings we coordinate those with partner vendors and manage them on your behalf — but we say plainly what is ours and what is bought in, rather than quoting for work we would subcontract without telling you.

Do you provide a written quote and an invoice?
Yes. Fungga issues a written quote with every inclusion itemised before anything is held, and invoices against your purchase order after the event. Admin and committee teams need a document they can circulate for approval, so that is what we send rather than a figure over the phone.
Can you set up outside office hours?
Yes — most corporate setups Fungga builds happen early morning, late evening or over a weekend so that nobody loses a working day. Tell us the building's access rules and lift booking process and we will schedule around them.
Do you handle branded backdrops and printing?
Fungga arranges branded stage backdrops, printed panels and standees end to end. Send the logo files and the stage dimensions and the printing, framing, installation and removal come back as one quote rather than as three vendors to manage.
Will someone stay on site during the event?
For corporate and society bookings Fungga keeps a team member on site through the event, not just at setup. Things need adjusting during a function — a panel shifts, a light needs moving — and somebody should be there to do it without the organiser having to make a call.
Do you work with housing society committees?
Fungga works regularly with housing society committees across Pune and PCMC for Ganeshotsav, Diwali, Holi, Republic Day and annual sports days. For recurring society events we can hold the same dates each year so the committee is not re-sourcing a decorator every season.
