About this service
Décor is where Fungga started and where we are strongest. For clients who want the whole function handled rather than just decorated, we plan and run it.
We are an event organising studio based in Baner, working across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

The run sheet is the product
Most of what goes wrong at a function goes wrong because two vendors had different assumptions about the same hour. So before the day we write a timed plan naming who arrives when, who sets up what, when the food comes out, when the stage is needed and who is responsible for each. You approve it, every vendor gets it, and on the day the questions go to us rather than to you.
Events we plan
Society and community functions, milestone family celebrations, corporate annual days and launches, engagement and reception functions, and multi-day wedding functions where the décor is ours and the rest is coordinated.
What we deliberately limit
We take on a small number of full-planning events in a month. That is a constraint, not a selling line: every one of them gets a team member on site for the whole day, and there is a ceiling on how many days a small team has.
If you are planning something larger than a home function, message us early — holding the date matters more than settling the details at that stage.

What does an event planner in Pune actually do?
A Fungga event planner shortlists and coordinates the venue, books and manages the vendors, agrees a written run sheet with you in advance, and runs the day itself so you are a guest at your own function. Décor is ours in house; catering, photography, sound and lighting are booked and managed on your behalf.
How far in advance should I book event planning?
Book Fungga six to eight weeks ahead for a full-planning event, and longer for a wedding function or a date in festival season. We take on a limited number of full-planning events each month so that every one gets a team on site, so the date matters more than the details at first contact.
Do you handle catering and photography yourselves?
Fungga does not cater or photograph. On a full-planning booking we shortlist, book and manage those vendors for you and they invoice through us or directly, whichever you prefer. We say plainly what is ours and what is bought in rather than quoting for work we would subcontract silently.
Can you plan an event outside Pune?
Fungga plans and runs events across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad as standard, and travels further for full-planning bookings with travel and stay quoted separately and upfront. Tell us the location at first contact so the quote is complete rather than revised later.
What is a run sheet and why does it matter?
A run sheet is a written, timed plan for the day that names who is doing what and when, agreed with you before the event. It matters because it is the difference between an organiser who can answer a vendor's question in ten seconds and one who has to call you during your own function.
