Terms of service

These terms apply to décor, event and bouquet work supplied by Fungga, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, including orders under the Mona's Creativity line.

Quotes and booking

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not fixed rates. A quote becomes binding once we send it to you in writing on WhatsApp or by email with the inclusions itemised. A quote is valid for 14 days unless the date is in a festival or wedding week, when flower and material costs move faster and we will say so.

A date is held against a 50% advance for décor and event work. Until the advance is received the date is not reserved, however far the conversation has gone. The balance is due on setup day, before the setup is handed over.

Bouquet orders are paid in full at the time of order.

Cancellation and changes by you

• More than 7 days before the event: the advance is refunded in full, less any materials already bought and printed to your specification.
• 3 to 7 days before: 50% of the advance is refunded. Fresh flowers and printed panels ordered against your date are not refundable.
• Less than 72 hours before: the advance is not refundable, because the date, the team and the materials are committed by then.
• Bouquets: cancel before the bouquet is made and you are refunded in full. Once it is made — which for a same-day order can be within the hour — it cannot be refunded.

Changes to a confirmed setup are accommodated where possible. Changes that alter the scale, theme or material list are re-quoted before we proceed.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot deliver — illness, an accident, a vehicle breakdown, a venue refusing access — we will tell you as soon as we know and refund everything you have paid. We will also help you find another decorator if there is time. Beyond that refund we are not liable for other costs of your event.

Access, power and the venue

You are responsible for arranging our access to the space: entry permission, gate passes, society intimation, lift or stair clearance, and a working power point within reach of the setup area. We need the space for the agreed setup window, free of furniture we have to move.

If access is delayed, the setup window shortens, and we will do the best version of the setup that fits the time left. If access is refused entirely, the booking is treated as cancelled at less than 72 hours' notice.

Materials, substitution and appearance

Balloon colours, flower varieties and props vary with what is available on the day. We substitute with equivalent items of equal or higher value in the same colour family and tell you before the setup begins. Fresh flowers are natural products: size, exact shade and openness vary between stems and between seasons.

Reference photographs shared by either side are a guide to the look, not a guarantee of an identical result in a different room, at a different scale, under different lighting.

Balloon longevity and outdoor setups

Air-filled balloon décor holds its shape for three to five days indoors. Helium balloons stay up eight to twelve hours. Outdoor setups in direct sun, wind or rain last considerably less, and we will tell you so before you book one. Deterioration within these normal ranges is not a defect.

Damage and liability

We take care with your walls, ceilings and furniture and use fittings appropriate to the surface. Where a surface is already damaged, freshly painted, or covered in a material that will not hold a fitting, tell us and we will work around it. We are not liable for damage to surfaces we were not told about.

Once a setup is handed over it is in your care. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests, children, pets, weather or the venue after handover. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Cleanup

Cleanup and takedown are included in décor packages and happen the same evening or the next morning by arrangement. If the venue requires immediate removal and we were not told, an additional charge may apply.

Photographs of our work

We photograph our own setups for our portfolio and social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not publish yours, and we will not — before or after the event, with no reason needed. See our privacy policy.

Questions and complaints

Write to hello@fungga.in or message us on WhatsApp. We would rather fix something on the day than argue about it afterwards, so tell us while we are still in the room.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
